Capping Machines (Push On) -
Plastic bucket capping machine with insert cap has such construction that can be mounted next to Model BD 325 LCM filling machine with which it will operate. The plastic bucket cap pushing machine is equipped with idler roller & synthetic conveyor band with adjustable height according to the bucket to be closed. On the machine, the cap pressure head is protected by the housing; and the caps are manually left by the filing operator on the filled plastic buckets and driven to the capping conveyor with synthetic band. The bucket, whose cap is pushed in as it goes through the capping head, is taken to the exit on the discharge conveyor equipped with idler roller.
They are high performance automatic capping machines used for capping packaging having screw or push-on caps without problem. The machine is PLC automated and equipped with a linear conveyor. The caps are placed on the packaging manually or automatically. The machine is equipped with heads according to the capping system (Screw/Push-in/Pilfer Proof). The machine performance varies depending on the number of capping heads, packaging to be capped and cap form. In facilities with low capacity or in those facilities dealing with many types of packaging/caps (especially those running flexible production schedules), the change of capping head, simple torque setting, bottle-carrier star sets operate in high performance without the need of cap-feeding units.
