HYDK 5004.2 PAL - Homogeneous Yogurt Filling & Capping Machine
It is an automatic filling & capping machine for filling homogenized yogurt in yogurt buckets with high performance. The machine is designed to operate in high precision/performance especially for filling milk, ensuring maximum cleaning in short time by CIP application. On the machine, the empty buckets left on the conveyor are automatically delivered under the nozzles. The filled buckets proceed to the capping station for the fixing of the caps. The caps are placed on the buckets coming from the filing station by the operator. In the final section of the machine, there is the cap pushing section. The number of the filling heads of the machine varies according to the desired capacity.
- The machine consists of two groups such as Balance Tank + Filling Unit and Nozzles + Capping for easy repair-maintenance and cleaning.
- The automatic filling + capping machine fills homogenized yoghurt to the bucket which has chassis manufactured from AISI 304 SS, operating with electro-pneumatic automation, equipped with technical plastic conveyor components and its parts in contact with product made up of AISI 316 SS.
- The milk is suctioned from the level-controlled, closed balance tank by volumetric system at the set quantity and filled in the containers at the set speed.
- Easily adjusted filling volume can be changed during operation.
- Height of the filling head is adjusted without a level according to the packaging to be filled.
- If there is no container under the nozzle, no filling is made.
- The caps are left on the filled packaging by the operator before they are transferred under the capping head.
- Filling or CIP automation is selected from the operator panel mounted on the machine.
- Settings for working with different packaging are made quickly and easily by use of minimum tools.
- At the CIP application after the filling process, all parts subject to contact with the product are cleaned by CIP liquids according to the program in short time and without the removal of any parts.
- Due to the improved and simplified design of its filling head and parts manufactured with high finishing quality, the cleaning takes a short time when switching from one product to another. After CIP, no product/CIP liquid deposits or accumulations are left.
- The cleaning after the filling operation is performed in a short time by flushing the solvent, without the removal of any parts manufactured with high surface finishing quality.
- The machine, having PLC, operates in wet spaces without any problem in compliance with CE, and all its functions are controlled from the operator panel. In case of any possible problems (jamming at the entry/exit, etc.), the machine stops and indicates the cause of the failure via written alert and illuminated alarm.
- As a result of the standard support of spare parts from the stock, the machine operates long years without problem and service.
