D 150 / T 150 / P 150 / JF 150 / RS 150 - Universal Mixers
The mixers with heads such as rotor stator system (High Speed Disperser), dissolver; or propeller are manufactured in various types and head sizes according to the properties and the desired final product. They are used for similar mixing operations of different industrial sectors such as Pharmaceutics / Food / Cosmetics / Paint / Confectionery / Chemistry / Paper / Petrochemical / Cleaning Products / Leather, Textile and Construction Chemicals / Plastics. They are machines with variable head sizes and motor powers depending on quantity of product to be manufactured.

- High Speed Disperser or Jet Flows system mixers with Rotor Stator heads and inline mixers cover a wide range of applications. They supply very good results in the reduction of grain size; improvement of the reactions; production of emulsions and suspensions; mixing homogenously without foam, agglomeration and vortex which has powerful stability. Mixing of liquid/liquid or solid/liquid materials can be different density, grain size and viscosity.
- Closed system doesn’t form air bubbles during mixing, ensuring efficient operation without waste.
- The speed of the mixer is adjusted by frequency inverter without levels and without loss of torque.
- The mixer’s shaft is directly mounted on the motor, so it operates without maintenance and problem.
- Turbine, Propeller, RS mixers with stationary shaft tube has a mechanical seal and its sealing equipment is selected according to the process and properties of the product.
- As a result of the standard support of spare parts from the stock, the machine operates long years without problem and service.
