LDK 5006.2 PAL - Liquid Filling & Capping Machine
It is a fully automatic capping machine with a single head which closes the caps in forms of screw, push-in or pilfer proof by automatically feeding them on the glass, plastic, tin can and cans. The machine is equipped with heads according to the capping system (Screw/Push-in/Pilfer Proof) of the caps to be closed. Bottle star sets are mounted on the index according to the form of packaging to be handled. The machine performance varies depending on the packaging to be capped and the form of the cap. It is used in facilities of medium and high capacity, producing a high number of single type of packaging/cap.
- Equipped with a conveyor made of AISI and Technical Plastics and epoxy painted frame cladded by AISI sheet metal material.
- The parts in contact with the product are manufactured from AISI 304 SS material.
- The low/high viscosity, aggressive, grained, liquid / semi-liquid products are successfully filled with different designs made up of different materials.
- With attachment of appropriate nozzle lift and nozzles, the foaming or non-foaming products are also filled on the machine with high performance.
- It suctions the product from the storage tank through the hose connected to the filling head.
- The feeding of viscous products or the products coming from a distant source to the filling head is fed by the balance tank.
- Product quantity to be dosed to the containers is precisely adjusted and there is no dripping problem.
- If there is no container under the nozzle, no filling is made.
- The operator in charge of feeding empty packaging can easily have access to the machine with the control buttons.
- The machine is designed in such a way that all settings are easy to make. There is no confusion and complex structure that may trouble the operator.
- The volume tuning can be made without interruption of the machine operation. Product sucking/filling rate can be easily-precisely set independent of each other so it operates in high performance at repeatable volume.
- The capping station located after the filling unit designed according to the type of cap to be closed. Screw, push-on or crimp-on caps can be closed by the replaceable capping heads / systems.
- Replaceable capping heads can screw, push-on or crimp-on caps.
- This machine is used in facilities dealing with lots of different containers-caps or filling multiple types of containers, has no bottle star tools which makes it more effective in low and medium quantity. It ensures savings on the investment as well as efficient and quick operation.
- The caps are left on the filled bottles by the operator before they are transferred under the capping head.
- Cap control photocell controls the caps placed on the container.
- The caps are closed at the adjusted torque by the capping head with lift.
- Replaceable capping heads can screw, push-on or crimp-on caps.
- Due to the simplified design of its filling head and parts machined with high finishing quality, the cleaning takes a short time. Product doesn’t accumulate in corners and edges and contamination does not occur on the surfaces.
- Settings for working with different packaging are made quickly and easily by use of minimum tools.
- The number of personnel to work on the machine varies depending on the options to be attached to the machine.
- The machine, having PLC, operates in wet spaces without any problem in compliance with CE, and all its functions are controlled from the operator panel. In case of any possible problems (jamming at the entry/exit, etc.), the machine stops and indicates the cause of the failure via written alert and illuminated alarm.
