BDK 3252.1 LCA - Paint Filling & Capping Machine
They are automatic filling & capping machines, filling very precisely paint or similar liquid/semi-liquid products between 3kg and 25kg by weight measuring system. The machine is equipped with PLC automation system and the buckets manually fed by the operator onto the conveyor move forward step by step to the filling station. The product is delivered from the storage tank by free flow or by an appropriate pump using pressure on the machine with a single filling head. Here, the filling is performed by a non-drip nozzle operating in tandem with pneumatic system. The caps left on the filled packaging on the conveyor are closed manually by the operator or automatically by pushing at the capping stations. The machine performance varies depending on the number of filling heads, properties of the product to be filled and packaging form. Model BDK 325X.X LCA are machines having high performance for quick filling of the gallon and bucket packaging within tolerances, especially in the paint sector.
- The machine has epoxy-painted chassis and its bench made is up of AISI 304 SS. Stepped conveyor is designed for the container which has technical plastic conveyor components.
- The parts in contact with the product are manufactured from AISI 304 SS material.
- As it operates with weight measuring system, it operates very precisely without being affected by any change in temperature, moisture, material and viscosity of the product to be filled.
- The low/high viscosity, aggressive, grained, liquid / semi-liquid products are successfully filled with different designs made up of different materials.
- Net/Gross filling settings are done from the control panel.
- Product quantity to be dosed to the containers is precisely adjusted and there is no dripping problem.
- If there is no container under the nozzle, no filling is made.
- The capping station located after the filling unit designed according to the type of cap to be closed. Screw, push-on or crimp-on caps can be closed by the replaceable capping heads / systems.
- The caps are left on the filled packaging by the operator before they are transferred under the capping head.
- Cap control photocell controls the caps placed on the container.
- The caps are closed by the capping head with push on.
- Due to the simplified design of its filling head and parts machined with high finishing quality, the cleaning takes a short time. Product doesn’t accumulate in corners and edges and contamination does not occur on the surfaces.
- The parts of the filling machine in contact with the product are manufactured from AISI 304 SS and Technical Plastic materials. The cleaning is made in a very short time and without the removal of any parts by passing the cleaning liquid through the filling head when switching from one color to another.
- The machine is designed in such a way that all settings are easy to make. There is no confusion and complex structure that may trouble the operator.
- Settings for working with different packaging are made quickly and easily by use of minimum tools.
- The number of personnel to work on the machine varies depending on the options to be attached to the machine.
- The machine, having PLC, operates in wet spaces without any problem in compliance with CE, and all its functions are controlled from the operator panel. In case of any possible problems (jamming at the entry/exit, etc.), the machine stops and indicates the cause of the failure via written alert and illuminated alarm.
