KHST 4208 PAL - Dry Air Bottle Cleaning Machine
KHST XX0X PAL series machines are used to remove any solid particles, dust or foreign materials that may have been left in various packaging such as PVC, PET, PE, glass or can after manufacture or entered the packaging during shipment-stocking. The machine that cleans the packaging with pressurized hygienic air & vacuum on the conveyor before the filling operation operates with dry system.
- After the programmed cleaning mode depending on the industrial sector where the container will be used, e.g. cleaning by dry air, clear water or detergent + clear water, the machine dries the inside of the container by dry clean air after the cleaning process.
- It is very easy to clean the waste accumulation bunker made up of AISI 304 SS material, resistant to vacuum and pressure, having an easily replaceable cover and filter.
- The machine, having PLC, operates in wet spaces without any problem in compliance with CE, and all its functions are controlled from the operator panel. In case of any possible problems (jamming at the entry/exit, etc.), the machine stops and indicates the cause of the failure via written alert and illuminated alarm.
- The operator in charge of feeding empty packaging can easily have access to the machine with the control buttons.
- Settings for working with different packaging are made quickly and easily by use of minimum tools.
