LD 301 LCA - Liquid Filling Machine
The machine working with weight measuring system fills all kinds of liquid/semi-liquid products into 208 lt drums or similar packaging with high precision. In the single filling head two speed non-drip machine with pneumatic system, the product is fed from the storage tank by free flow or by using an appropriate pump with pressure. The drums with their 2” fill plugs removed, waiting on the feeding conveyor with idler roller, are taken by the operator on the step-running filling conveyor. The fill hole is automatically found by the machine. The drum is transferred to the filling platform for the filling operation. The filling nozzle fills through the fill hole of the drum. After filling, while the plug closing and sealing operation of the drum is performed by the operator or automatically, the next drum comes for filling. As a result, high performance is obtained with a single operator.
- As it operates with weight measuring system, it operates very precisely without being affected by any change in temperature, moisture, material and viscosity of the product to be filled.
- The low/high viscosity, aggressive, grained, liquid / semi-liquid products are successfully filled with different designs made up of different materials
- With attachment of appropriate nozzle lift and nozzles, the foaming or non-foaming products are also filled on the machine with high performance.
- Net/Gross filling settings are done from the control panel.
- It is easy to have access to the setting buttons and other important functions from the control panel by the operator who is in charge of the department.
- If there is no container under the nozzle, no filling is made.
- Settings for working with different packaging are made quickly and easily by use of minimum tools.
- Height of the filling head is adjusted without a level according to the packaging to be filled.
- In our machines, chassis is made of AISI 304 SS cladding on epoxy painted carbon steel profile as the standard application. All parts in contact with the product are manufactured either from AISI 304 SS material or other materials as required by the product.
- As a result of the standard support of spare parts from the stock, the machine operates long years without problem and service.
- The feeding of viscous products or the products coming from a distant source to the filling head is fed by the balance tank.
