- High Speed Disperser or Jet Flows system mixers with Rotor Stator heads and inline mixers cover a wide range of applications. They supply very good results in the reduction of grain size; improvement of the reactions; production of emulsions and suspensions; mixing homogenously without foam, agglomeration and vortex which has powerful stability. Mixing of liquid/liquid or solid/liquid materials can be different density, grain size and viscosity.
- Successful results are obtained in a short time with dispersion on the closed-circuit line.
- Head design and motor power of the machine varies according to the purpose of the process, characteristics of the raw materials, desired product structure, viscosity and line pressure.
- The parts in contact with the product are manufactured from AISI 304 SS material. Mechanical sealing is selected according to the product for impermeability.
- The mixer’s shaft is directly mounted on the motor, so it operates without maintenance and problem.
